1. 如電話機有headset jack (RJ9插頭)，一般選配GN1200 萬用線 (smart cord) (RJ9插頭) (約$ 200)已可連接大部份品牌的電話機，除Ayaya 1600/9600 serial 除外，須選配HIC/HIS 專用線
2. Panasonic 電話系統而配備2.5 mm headset jack 插頭的電話機，須選配專用的2.5 mm 針頭連接
3. 如Call center須要增強MIC和speaker的音量的客戶或沒有RJ9 headset jack 的電話機，可用Jabra Link 850 擴音機 (amplifier) 連接(約$700)
